Opposition: “No free pass for Independent Bench of Parliament!”

There will be no free pass for the Independent bench of the Senate.
This is according to Naparima MP Rodney Charles.
This after a report in the Express Newspaper last week stated that Independent Senator Anthony Vierra plans to raise a motion of contempt against Opposition members.
He was responding to criticism by the Opposition against Independent Senators as all nine along with Government voted against the Opposition Leader’s motion to initiate proceedings for the removal of the President of Trinidad and Tobago.
