Opposition Leader urges the Government to call a General Election

Opposition Leader, Mrs. Kamla Persad-Bissessar speaking outside of the Parliament building this afternoon, ahead of the 2019/202 Fiscal Budget said it is a distraction by the Government to discuss another motion while the Budget is on the agenda.

Mrs. Persad-Bissessar is today suggesting that the government should call a General Election, as citizens are tired of their present way of governance.
