Workers employed at the Rudranath Capildeo Learning Resource Centre will be pleased to know the government has no plans to close down the facility.
This is disclosed by Minister of Education, Dr Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, while being questioned during deliberations at Monday’s sitting of the Standing Finance Committee.
Concerns about the future operations of the Center were raised by Member of Parliament for Couva South, Rudy Indarsingh.
MP Indarsingh claimed from information he had the running of the center will be brought to an end soon.
However, Minister Gadsby Dolly in response to the development highlighted by the Opposition MP said the closure of the center is no on government’s agenda.
