Investigations to date indicate no one in Trinidad and Tobago has passed away after taking any of the COVID-19 vaccines.
Confirmation of this comes from Minister of Health, Terrence Deyalsingh.
Minister Deyalsingh made the disclosure while speaking at the Ministry of Health virtual news briefing held on Wednesday.
Minister Deyalsingh said as the government continues to be transparent, of the one million COVID-19 jabs administered, five have resulted in adverse events.
Mr Deyalsingh said to the best of his knowledge all have been resolved especially those that deal with blood clotting.
