Petrotrin faces no deadline regarding the decision as to whether to challenge the results of the arbitration award involving A&V Oil and Gas Limited.
So says Attorney General Faris Al Rawi.
He was at the time answering a question during today’s Senate sitting.
Mr Al Rawi explained that contrary to suggestions by the Opposition, Petrotrin faces no deadline to appeal the award.
He added that the award is not $1billion dolalrs as claimed by the Oposition.
