The NLCB in a release addressed a recent viral video circulating on social media in which an altercation occurred etween a customer and an Agent/operator.
In it, the agent/operator refused to validate a winning ticket of $5.00, stating that the customer should return to where she originally purchased from.
NLCB is advising its customers that this practice is not condoned by the company and is in direct contravention of its policy.
Winning tickets up to $12,000.00 can be redeemed at any NLCB terminal, regardless of where the ticket was originally played.
