Nicki Minaj took to Twitter on Thursday (September 5) to reveal that she’s retiring to have a family. She wrote, “I’ve decided to retire & have my family. I know you guys are happy now.
To my fans, keep reppin me, do it til da death of me, in the box- cuz ain’t nobody checkin me. Love you for LIFE.”
This comes after Nicki’s fiancé, Kenneth “Zoo” Petty, came under scrutiny for carrying a loaded gun with a clip in his pocket during an Instagram Live video.
Many pointed out that Petty is a convicted felon that was let off of supervised probation just last year.
