New York man charged for recruiting underage girls for child porn

A Brooklyn grand jury has indicted a man for allegedly recruiting young girls into child pornography.

On Tuesday a federal court indictment showed that Rigorberto Garcia, 33, was hit with multiple charges of coercion and enticement, and sexual exploitation of a minor in connection with seven underage victims.

According to the BallerAlert, Garcia used fictitious names such as “Chris Perez,” “Sean Alvarez,” “Steven Skyler,” “David Schineberg,” and “Nate Floriano” to entice the females to locations where he could video them performing sex activities.

The indictment also states that Garcia is accused of attempting to exploit at least four other girls.

In court documents, the NYPD said they recovered electronic devices containing child pornography on Jan. 21 and discovered Garcia had allegedly transmitted the illicit photos to other places around the world.
