IN a bid to help COVID positive patients manage their illnesses, the North-Central Regional Health Authority (NCRHA) has developed the innovative COVID-19 Preview App.
NCRHA’s Chief Executive Officer Davlin Thomas, said it has been working.
Speaking during the Ministry of Health’s media briefing on Saturday, Thomas said the COVID-19 Preview App had been successful in assisting this cohort of people to keep track of their symptoms and receive daily medical advice since it was launched last August.
Thomas said Covid positive patients were typically using the Preview App as much as eight times per day to upload results of their vitals and also seek medical advice.
He commended the staff for what he said was a unique way to “stay on top of their game.”
