NCC, THA Officials Meet To Tune Matters Relating To This Year’s Tobago Carnival

Productive, extremely cordial, and encouraging is how the National Carnival Commission describes the recent meeting to fine tune matters relating to this year’s Carnival in Tobago.

In a media release on Tuesday, NCC said the meeting was convened to discuss some of the THA’s sought-after objectives, and to offer support, if necessary, in hosting the event scheduled for October 28-30.

Top NCC officials met with THA Chief Secretary and Secretary of the Division of Finance, Trade and Industry Farley Augustine, Secretary of the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities and Transportation, Tashia Grace Burris and Assistant Secretary, Megan Morrison.

The NCC said the meeting helped in furthering the relations between the Commission and the THA, particularly on matters of Carnival, Culture, and Tobago.
