NCC Chairman Winston “Gypsy” Peters tells carnival stakeholders stop complaining

NCC Chairman Winston “Gypsy” Peters despite challenges “A Taste of Carnival 2022” will happen.
He says he has heard the complaints of insufficient funds for events but he said there is no set amount for anyone.
This past weekend TUCO said that it may cancel this years Calypso Competition because of insufficient prize money.
Peters said that calypsonians had to make do at this time.
