Public Utilities Minister Marvin Gonzales says the blackout on Feb 16th this year was triggered by a tree falling on a TTEC power distribution line.
Speaking in Parliament today, Minister Gonzales laid the report of the three member committee assembled by the Government to investigate the blackout.
He explained that the fallen tree caused a sequence of events which led to the nationwide blackout
According to Minister Gonzales, the committee found no evidence of sabotage.
