Principal Medical Officer, Dr Maryam Abdool-Richards, has revealed that the return of nationals to T&T during the closure of borders has continued unabated.
As such, she said there will be three repatriation exercises over the next two weeks from New York, Toronto and Barbados.
Dr Abdool-Richards notes that a flight is carded for July 3rd from New York City for which 116 persons have already booked their tickets.
Another flight is set for July 6th from Toronto and there is also a planned exercise for students from Barbados on July 13th.
T&T’s borders will be reopened on July 17th.
