Minister Cummings made the remark while delivering the feature address at the Appointment Ceremony for the Advisory Committee for the National Service Programme today at the Government Plaza, Port of Spain.
Minister Cummings said the National Service Programme will follow a voluntary construct and he is confident this Advisory Committee will develop a programme that is attractive to young people.
