Generally well managed is how National Security Minister, Fitzgerald Hinds, describes how police officers and soldiers carried out their duties during the blackout in Trinidad on Wednesday.
Speaking at a news briefing on Thursday afternoon, Minister Hinds said the various law enforcement agencies must be commended for the professional way in which they operated during a serious development of this nature.
Minister Hinds admitted situations of this kind provide an opportunity for terrorists and extreme social disorder.
