The public was left a bit worried when they saw police detaining a man outside the Red House this morning.
However, it was an exercise displaying how police deal with unruly members of the public.
The TTPS, through its Communications Department, assured the public that it was a Municipal police drill.
Social media was abuzz about the event but the police say that exercises like these are necessary for training police officers and to ensure the safety of the public.
