MSJ tells the population: “Take a stand against rise in gas price!”

The Movement for Social Justice is also calling on the Government to withdraw its decision to increase the cost of gas.
President of the MSJ David Abdullah made the call while speaking at a press conference outside the former Petrotrin Refinery in Point-a-Pierre on Sunday.
He urged citizens to come out and march against the move.
He noted the impact on the poor and working class would be horrendous placing hem under greater stress.
Abdullah called on the Government to think about the hardships of the people and reverse its decision.
He said it is now up to citizens not to accept their current situation by taking a stand.
