The population should be brought up to date on what the government was able to achieve under the State of Emergency which was introduced amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley, at a news briefing recently said his administration will not be seeking an extension to the SOE when it expires at the end of November.
Speaking on the Power 102 Digital on Thursday, Member of Parliament for Pointe-a-Pierre, David Lee, said citizens should be informed on what has been accomplished with the SOE in place.
MP Lee also expressed concerned about the rising number of Covid-19 cases even with the SOE in operation for the past six months.
