Mother of deceased, Reshma Kanchan claims Penal Police Station failed to save her daughter

The mother of the deceased Reshma Kanchan said that her daughter and the suspect broke up about five months ago; but her spouse was even more abusive when she decided to start a new life.

Kanchan’s mother said the suspect would frequently visit their home and be abusive toward Reshma and threaten her mother.

She said he threaten to shoot her and chop her daughter, Reshma.

Reshma’s mother claims she made several reports to the Penal Police Station but nothing was done to protect her

Reshma’s mother said the last thing she was able to acquire was a protection order against him; however he would still make threats and enter into the family’s yard.

Her mother said he was physically abusive to Reshma a few days before the he killed her.
