The Ministry of Education embarked on an extensive research before arriving on its decision to continue its online learning program for students from January.
This according to Minister of Education Nyan Gadsby-Dolly.
The Minister gave the information during the sitting of the Senate today.
Senator Wade Mark then stated that some 65, 000 students were in need and only 17, 000 students were able to access devices for online learning.
He questioned what time frame the Government could give for the remaining students to receive devices.
