MoE condemns bomb threat emails to schools

The Ministry of Education has condemned the emails concerning bomb threats, which were made to several schools across Trinidad and Tobago this morning.

In a release, the MoE said the emails were received at approximately 8am and in all cases, students have been evacuated.

The police have been informed and the Ministries of Education, National Security, the Fire Services and the TTPS are working closely to resolve these situations.

According to the statement, principals were instructed to apprise parents of the circumstances and to keep them up dated on developments.
