COVID -19 Vaccination Arrangements for Citizens/Residents aged 12-18 Inclusive
The Ministry of Health (MoH), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE) wishes to advise of the following arrangements for the administration of the Pfizer Vaccine:
1. All citizens/ residents between ages 12-18 inclusive are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine regardless of whether they are registered at schools.
2. All eligible persons can walk in at any of the vaccination sites listed below to receive the Pfizer vaccine- no appointment is necessary.
3. Minors must be accompanied by ONE parent/guardian only
4. Parents/Guardians must walk with a form of Identification, the birth certificate of the child/ward and proof of relationship to child (guardians only)
The walk-in vaccination service will begin on Wednesday, August 18th, 2021, from 8:00am to 3:00pm at the following fourteen (14) sites:
1. L’anse Noire Community Centre
2. Duranta Community Centre, Sangre Grande
3. Sumairsingh Complex, Rio Claro
4. Mayaro Civic Centre
5. MIC Campus, San Fernando
6. NESC Campus, La Brea
7. Heliport, Chaguaramas
8. COSTAATT Campus, Dere St. POS
9. National Academy for the Performing Arts ( NAPA)
10. Wallerfield International Raceway
11. Larry Gomes Stadium, Arima
12. COSTAATT Campus, El Dorado
13. Divali Nagar, Chaguanas
14. Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva
