The decomposing bodies of a mother and her two children were found in a decommissioned WASA water tank in Tobago on Wednesday evening.
They’ve been identified as Sarah Smith, 34 and her children, 3-year-old Genuine Smith and 18-month old Phoenix Smith.
Their bodies were found shortly around 5:40 pm, in the tank at Parrot Hall, Parlatuvier.
Police have not yet determined how the mother and children died.
The mother, who hailed from Santa Cruz, Trinidad and her two children were last seen walking naked into some bushes on Monday 2nd September, 2024.
They were reported missing that same day.
Investigations are underway.
