Crowned Miss Jamaica World 2019. Toni-Ann Singh has been crowned Miss Jamaica World 2019 during ceremonies held at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. The 23-year old was born in Morant Bay, St. Thomas and is a recent graduate of Florida State University (FSU).
