McDonald Jacob calls for a review of Bail Bill after Westmoorings killing

Acting Police Commissioner McDonald Jacob is calling on law makers to review the Bail Act.
He made the call following the killing of business woman Nicole Moses in a home invasion where she lived at West Moorings.
Moses, the mother of two was killed when bandits entered her property in Westmoorings.

The Acting Police Commissioner revealed that the two of the men involved had some twenty one pending matters before the court.
