Minister of Public Utilities Marvin Gonzales believes that a turn around is presently being experienced by the Water and Sewage Authority to counteract what he described as the mismanagement of resources which resulted in T&T not having a reliable water supply.
The Minister made the comments at the commissioning of the La Fortune Water Treatment Plant at Point Fortin on Saturday.
He said he was surprised at the achievements of the Authority.
