Former Public Administration Minister Marlene McDonald has secured bail but remains warded at the St. Clair Medical Centre.

McDonald’s Bail was posted yesterday. Once she is well, she can return to her home in Maracas.
McDonald was charged with seven offences including fraud, conspiracy and misbehaviour in public office. She was granted bail of TT$2million. She was charged along with her common-law husband Michael Carew, Victor McEachrane, Wayne Anthony and Edgar Zephyrine.
Anthony and Zephryrine have accessed their bail and were released from prison, but Carew and McEachrane remain in police custody.
