Renewed activity in the energy sector is cited by former Minister in the Ministry of Finance , Mariano Browne, as one of the factors which will go a long way in reviving Trinidad and Tobago’s economy which he believes was in a state of depression even before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking during the Power Breakfast Show on Power 102 Digital, Monday, Mr Browne said there must be attempts to create revived momentum in the energy industry.

Mr Brown cited increased production and exploration efforts as critical moving forward.
