Sangre Grande police are probing an incident in which the body of Kevon Lucas, aka Shrek of Boodoo Highway, Sangre Grande, was illegally exhumed from a cemetery in Sangre Grande overnight, and set ablaze.
According to reports, a message in Spanish was placed near the body before fuel was poured on it and set ablaze.
The message, translated, read,” Melandro Ismael strike.”
Lucas was shot dead last Sunday, 18th August 2024, while inside a vehicle at Boodoo Highway along with Sherayne Salanady, a nurse of La Horquetta.
Salandy also died in the hail of bullets.
Lucas, in 2022, faked his death along with another man in Sangre Grande.
