A man was shot and critically wounded while standing outside his business place in Malick on Saturday night.
Around 7pm, it was reported that Peter Joseph was standing near his parlour on Basement Road, Malick, when two men got out of a car and shot at a group of men who were nearby.
Joseph was shot in the face by a bullet that may have ricocheted.
The men got back into the car and drove away.
Passers by took Joseph to the hospital where he remained up to Sunday morning.
Police found several spent shells at the scene.
Investigations are continuing.
