Man out on bail for “sexually assaulting” a horse, held again after sneaking around barn

A 39-year-old Illinois man, who was arrested earlier this year when he was allegedly caught in a compromising position with a horse, was taken into custody again over the weekend after authorities said they found him trespassing in a barn.

CBS affiliate station KHQA-TV reported that at about 1AM, police responded to a call regarding a suspicious person who was caught on surveillance camera footage creeping around the property owner’s horse barn.

Upon arriving at the scene, first responders found Jack Blanke, standing near two horses in a lewd state.

This isn’t Blanke’s first brush with the law…he was arrested in April when he was caught standing on a bucket in a compromising position behind a horse while feeding it apples.

During his court appearance in that incident, it was revealed that Blanke had assaulted the horse about a dozen times.

He was sentenced to time served and was out on probation when he was held last weekend.

Blanke has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and now faces one count of criminal trespass.
