A 37-year-old man identified as Amod Brown was shot in La Horquetta last night.
Brown, also known as ‘Massy’ of Corner Stone Circular, Phase 7, La Horquetta, was seated on the roadside at Phase 7 around 9pm, when a gunman walked up to him and opened fire.
Brown reportedly ran a short distance away and collapsed as the gunman fled the scene.
He was rushed to the Arima Hospital by his girlfriend, but died shortly after arrival.
He was shot multiple times in the lower part of the body.
Investigations are continuing into the incident.
