An early morning shooting involving police in Enterprise, Chaguanas this morning has left one man dead.
Dead is Joshua Christopher from Mano Drive, Enterprise.
Reports state that officers of the Central Division Intelligence Unit and Task Force went to a house at Mano Drive, Enterprise, to execute a search warrant around 5:30am.
However, the police report that after announcing themselves, they were greeted with gunfire and immediately returned fire.
When the smoke cleared, Christopher was was found bleeding on the ground.
He was taken to the Chaguanas Health facility, but died shortly after.
