Police say a man is in custody following the murder of 33-year-old Andy Hosein.
Hosein, a security guard was shot and killed around 10.50 am on Saturday during a robbery at Ketan Jewellers at High Street, San Fernando,
Four men escaped the scene.
Reports indicate that following this, police were given descriptions of the suspects and the getaway vehicle.
They were able to intercept the car, a grey Toyota station wagon, at Alexander Street, La Romaine.
However, at the time the vehicle only had one occupant.
The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
Police said images of the suspects were captured on camera footage and arrests are said to be imminent.
