A man identified as Ellis Guppy, was shot and killed in Carapo on Thursday afternoon.
Guppy was in a white Mitsubishi panel van, which was driving along Race Course Road, Carapo, around 4:30pm, when a black Nissan X-trail pulled up in front of it, forcing the driver to stop.
Reports are that two gunmen stepped out and opened fire on Guppy, killing him on the spot.
The gunmen re-entered the X-trail and escaped.
Guppy was 43-year-old.
Investigations are continuing.
