Police are investigating the death of a man in Arima following a fight.
The deceased has been identified as Wayne Baboolal, 36, of Chin Chin Road, Cunupia.
At about 8pm on Tuesday, police received a report of a disturbance along the Eastern Main Road, Arima, in the vicinity of Maturita Road, where people were seen fighting.
When officers arrived, they observed Baboolal in a yard off the roadway bleeding profusely from a wound to his head.
He was rushed for medical treatment, however, he succumbed to his injuries the following day at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex.
