A 26-year-old man is scheduled to appear virtually before a Princes Town Magistrate today charged with sexual penetration of his brother.
The accused, a lorryman, who resides in Princes Town, was charged by WPC Hamilton, of the Southern Division Child Protection Unit yesterday, following an investigation into a report made by a 12-year-old boy that he was allegedly assaulted by his brother in February 2019.
The boy told CPU detectives that while at home with his siblings, his older brother forced him to perform oral sex on him.
Following investigations and an operation led by Insp (Ag.) Khan, Sgt (Ag.) Mohammed and Cpl (Ag.) Sinclair of the Southern Division CPU, the suspect was subsequently arrested on April 14th and later charged with one count of sexual penetration of a child.
