A 58-year old man was arrested at his workplace after police found 300 grammes of marijuana in his possession.
Officers went to the man’s workplace at the Port-of-Spain City Corporation Transport Yard where they conducted a search and found the marijuana. The drugs were found within 500m of the Mucurapo West Secondary School.
He was arrested and taken into custody, and charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
Investigations are continuing.
