Man, 32, Ordered To Stay Away From Niece, 14.

A 32-year-old man was ordered to have no communication with his 14-year-old niece when he appeared Tuesday before a San Fernando Magistrate charged with sexually penetrating her.

The accused, of Pleasantville, San Fernando, who pleaded not guilty, was also instructed to stay five hundred metres away from the girl and to report to his local police station once per week as part of his bail conditions which were set at one hundred and fifty thousand dollars with a surety.

According to the man’s niece, on July 12th, while at home, the accused allegedly made her perform oral sex on him.

Child Protection Unit officers were subsequently informed about the incident on the same day and launched an investigation into the report.

He is scheduled to reappear before the court on October 12th, 2021.

Investigations into the report were headed by Acting W/Superintendent of Police, Claire Guy-Alleyne, with direct supervision by Acting Inspector Khan of the Southern CPU.
