Residents of Buccoo Tobago had to scamper and jump out of the path of a vehiudriven by a man who took police on a high speed chase in the area. Tobago police officers are now looking for the male suspect who escaped after taking the police on the dangerous chase.
The individual whom residents say lives in the area, is also said to be in possession of an illegal firearm.
The man drove and hastely abandoned the blue Nissan B13 which hit a curb wall and another car as the dangerous chase continued with the man refusing to heed police instructions. The police also reportedly fired several shots at the man.
The manhunt continues for the fugitive.
