Lifeguards have been assured solutions are being pursued to address issues affecting them.
Minister of National Security, Fitzgerald Hinds, on Monday gave the commitment during the question and answer period in the Senate.
In December 2020, life guards reportedly walked off the job.
The action was described as a breach of the collective agreement which was signed by all sides.
They were not paid for their absent days.
Minister Hinds encouraged the lifeguards to fulfil their responsibilities in a professional way.
