Avinash ‘Krysis’ Seepersad, who was once described as the leader of the Unruly Isis gang by police officers in Enterprise, was shot dead.
Known also by the Muslim name Abdul Wakeel, was walking along John Street, within the vicinity of Mano Street, Enterprise, Chaguanas when a car pulled alongside him and opened fire before driving off.
Police found Seepersad face down on the side of the road.
Further reports states that the officers took him to the Chaguanas District Health Facility where he died while being treated.
