Kris Jenner receives extension in sexual harassment lawsuit filed by her ex-bodyguard

Kris Jenner was granted more time to settle her ongoing sexual harassment lawsuit filed by her former bodyguard.

Kris’ ex-security guard, Marc McWilliams, sued the momager two years ago for $3 million, claiming she had inappropriately touched his butt, exposed herself in front of him, and massaged his neck and shoulders without consent.

Further in the court docs, he alleges that she made sexual and racist remarks to him throughout his two-year employment working for the 67-year-old.

According to the Daily Mail, both parties have had a year to come to an agreement to settle the case, but to no avail, which is why Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Armen Tamzarian has now granted an extension to February 14, 2024.
