Javon Pamponette, known to police officers as a repeat criminal offender was shot and killed tonight, Friday 20 September.
According to police reports, Pamponette was at Boundary Road, Arouca when he was approached by gunmen and shot.
This incident took place just after 8pm.
Pamponette reportedly died at hospital while being attended too.
This takes the murder toll to 394 as at September 2019.
The investigation is being handled by members of the TTPS.
