Kim Kardashian claims Kanye’s online rants have caused her “emotional distress”

Kim Kardashian asked a judge to declare her legally single, and now, she claims that Kanye’s social media rants have caused her “emotional distress”.

According to court documents, Kim expresses her “desire to be divorced.”

Kim says Ye just won’t keep their divorce proceedings private.

A while back Kanye posted a video ranting about not attending his daughter’s birthday party. He also made several Instagram posts, attacking Kim’s motherhood and accused her of kidnapping.

“While I wish our marriage would have succeeded. I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage,” Kim states. “Kanye does not agree, but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.”
