The weather service has informed that as of 5am on Sept 23, Tropical Storm Karen has weakened and has become disorganised while moving NW across the SE Caribbean Sea. Trinidad and Tobago can expect
lingering moisture and some levels rainfall will continue to affect the Windward Islands. Weather conditions are expected improve significantly.
