Rapper Kanye West has put his 3,888 acre Wyoming ranch up for sale for $11 million as he continues to work through his divorce with tv star turned business mogul Kim Kardashian.
The listing page does not mention West as the owner, instead using the property’s original name, “Monster Lake Ranch.”
The narrator of a virtual tour of the property suggests that it makes for a good investment property with its private fishery, the opportunity for guided fishing trips and a go-kart track which was installed by Kanye.
Recreational options on the ranch, which was constructed in 1979, also include a commercial kitchen and trophy trout fishing.
The ranch property also has proper farm potential with equipment sheds, livestock corrals, and hay meadows.
It also features a deck and a view of the nearby mountains.
The listing comes after West put his seven commercial Wyoming properties up for sale in late September, all for more than $3.2 million.
