Kamla Persad Bissessar: Rowley Administration Responsible For Negative FDI Flows.

Opposition Leader Kamla Persad Bissessar claims that, under the current Administration, the total Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) from 2016 – 2020 has gone to minus.

Mrs Persad Bissessar, during debate on the National Budget, said the country has gone from positive FDI flows to negative.
