K. Michelle debut a new set of selfies and had fans on both Twitter and Instagram questioning her new face.
The former Love & Hip-Hop cast member debuted her new look on Instagram Wednesday, calling attention to her pink hair. However, some viewers questioned the difference in K. Michelle’s face and doubted if the new photos were truly her while others believed the singer received plastic surgery.
“I took some time off to live with myself. Excited to be back and on track. First show back July 2 Little Rock Arkansas. What songs y’all want on the set list this year?????,” K. Michelle wrote in one caption.
Previously, K. Michelle detailed the years-long process she’s gone through to remove her butt implants after her rear side was seen dropping to unusual levels in a viral video.
“He wasn’t a doctor — it was black market, it was these ‘hydrogel’ injections — that’s what they were being called,” she told People. “When I found out my favorite rapper did it, that’s when I decided, ‘I’m getting it done.'”
For five years the injections posed no problems. But in 2017 Pate began to experience fatigue, migraines, and back and leg pain. Later, doctors found that the silicone had spread down her legs, “damaging her tissue and threatening her overall health,” People reported.
