Joel Jack: Tobagonians have “buyer’s remorse” over Augustine

Former THA Secretary of Finance and the Economy Joel Jack, says current Chief Secretary Farley Augustine continues to mislead the population of the island.

This as he criticized the four point five billion dollar budget presented by Augustine on Monday.

Jack, who also served as Deputy Chief Secretary, said Tobago should be contributing more to the local economy.

He suggested that Tobagonians have not benefited from the promises made by Mr Augustine on the campaign trail.

Mr Jack said Tobagonians are now having buyer’s remorse when they compare Mr Augustine’s tenure to that of the PNM’s reign in the THA.
